Jabatan Syariah dan Pengurusan (JSP) offers 3 main courses from
undergraduate, post-graduate and Ph.D. The courses are of the most
comprehensive, integrating between Islamic law and conventional management
subjects. Under management subjects, there are several choices of course,
relating to Islamic Management, Finance and Business.
In fact, these courses offered are of double
majoring as students will study Shariah and Management courses altogether. In
double majoring system, the admission of students is still under the degree of
Bachelor of Shariah (Management) and Master of Shariah (Management). Soon after
registration in Bachelor or Master of Shariah, students can choose JSP as their
second major if they are interested in Islamic Finance, Business and Management.
We are now planning to offer our own bachelor degree known as
"Bachelor of Muamalat Management". This course will be available in the near
future, Insya-allah. Besides the main courses, for the first time, JSP also
offers Certificate of Islamic Financial Planning in 2006. |
